Because there isn’t one! If you register by November 6th, you will be automatically entered for a chance to win one of four $500 scholarships! Don’t wait and be stuck choosing from what’s left after everyone else registers. Register today to get the schedule you want! Students who register early have:
- Better course selection: Want to attend classes just two or three days a week? Registering early increases the chances of getting into courses you want at the days and times that work best for you!
- The ability to plan their schedule for work or child care months in advance: Wouldn’t it be nice to know what your schedule will look like now, so you can plan ahead and avoid last minute surprises?
If you need assistance
- Schedule an appointment or stop by Counseling and Advising during Quick Stop hours
- Counseling and Advising are located on the second floor of the College Center Building and can be reached at 651-450-3508 or firstname.lastname@example.org
To search for courses, log into your E-Services account and select Courses and Registration. If you have difficulty accessing your E-Services account, or receive an error message when registering, contact the Enrollment Center at (651) 450-3503 or email@example.com.
As we get closer to the end of the semester, the Writing Center gets busier! In order to make sure you see a tutor, go to TutorTrac and make an appointment online, especially if you hope to see a tutor Thursday or Friday (busy days for us here!). Friday afternoon we only have one tutor scheduled, so walk-ins might not be possible.
Remember, if you schedule an appointment, you’re guaranteed time!
We hope to see you in the Writing Center soon.
Inver Hills Community College is in the very early stages of developing a process to create our next Strategic Plan. Our most recent strategic plan expired in 2012, and the College has been operating under the MnSCU Strategic Framework. While the framework provides us with direction as a part of MnSCU, Inver Hills has its own unique mission. The Inver Hills Strategic Plan will reflect that mission.
The Inver Hills Strategic Planning committee has met twice, and in the first meeting, it was determined that the first step in this process is to engage multiple stakeholders in providing input using both a survey and an in-person environmental scanning session.
The Strategic Planning Survey
This week, you will receive an email invitation inviting you to take the Strategic Planning Survey. This anonymous survey will take less than 15 minutes to complete. Please take the time to answer each question before the end of the day on Wednesday November 18.
The Environmental Scanning Session
Students, faculty and staff are invited to participate in an environmental scanning session on Tuesday, November 10 from 2:00-3:30pm in room HH124.
Responses to the survey, in addition to the information gathered in the environmental scanning session, will be used by the Strategic Planning Committee to inform the Strategic Directions and Goals to guide the next phases of this process. Your participation and feedback is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your participation in the creation of the 2017-2020 Strategic Plan.
