Inver Hills Student Senate is proud to sponsor another Blood Drive through the American Red Cross, here on campus, Thursday, October 23, from 9am-5pm in Heritage Hall 203. We have had an amazing participation rate from our students, faculty, and staff, in the past, and we hope to meet our goal of 72 units for this blood drive! In order to accomplish this, we do ask that you consider giving blood. We would love to see you! Please pass the word along to your friends on or off campus as well. You may sign up in the Cafeteria, near the Student Senate office, just outside the entrance to Fresh Stop Café. Whether it’s your 1st or 100th time, I hope you consider participating. If you are unable to give blood, we could also use volunteers the day of the blood drive. Please contact Jason Neuhaus, Director of Student Life at 651-450-3311 if you are interested in volunteering.

PTK MEMBERSHIP PROCESS

1.) Qualify for Membership

Students who complete at least 12 college-level credits, earn a 3.5 semester GPA in at least one semester, and who maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 qualify for membership. If you are not sent an invitation to join contact ptk@inverhills.edu.

2.) Invitations Sent

Invitation emails and letters are sent to eligible students after the second week of fall and spring semester each year. The invitation will include instructions and your individual passcode needed to join.

3.) Join Online

Members pay a one-time membership fee and join using your passcode. If this fee is preventing you from joining instead apply for membership using our membership fee waiver application

4.) Induction and Get Involved!

We host an induction ceremony each semester. You must sign up to be inducted. Find out more by joining our meeting or take a look at our event calendar at inverhills.edu/ptk
