Transfer Resources and Events
Dear Student,
Making connections with potential transfer colleges is an important step in preparing for an effective transition after completing your coursework at Inver Hills.  The following resources and activities can help you to achieve your transfer goals.

Virtual Campus Visits

Admissions representatives are still committed to connecting with you.  See the upcoming visits on the Transfer Calendar.

Virtual College Fair & Transfer Panel

Connect with over 35 regional colleges and universities in their own break out rooms. Inquire about affordability, scholarships, pre-major requirements, program availability and application requirements.  This event is part of Student Success Day and it will take place from 1-3pm on Tuesday, Feb 23rdPreview the attending colleges and universities.
Just prior to the Virtual College Fair, join a workshop titled Transfer College Panel: Tips from the Pros from 12-1pm on Tuesday, Feb 23rd.  The session will provide important information to best prepare for transfer and it will also include a Q & A session.

Transfer Resources Webpage

As you navigate the transfer landscape don’t forget to use the Transfer Resources webpage developed by the Inver Hills Counseling and Advising Department.  You’ll find direct links to transfer guides, admissions requirements and college websites.

Appointments with IHCC Staff

Lastly, don’t forget that counselors and advisors are available to meet with you and help develop your transfer plan.  Visit the Counseling and Advising site to schedule an appointment.
Sincerely,
IHCC Counseling & Advising
