Let’s give blood together to help #humankind! Sign up to donate at a convenient #RedCross blood drive.

Although we aren’t able to hold our blood drive on campus, we’re still committed to helping people in need of blood! This fall, Inver Hills Community College is hosting a Red Cross virtual blood drive and you can help make it a success! The goal of our virtual blood drive is for Inver Hills donors to give blood at local community blood drives.

At the end of this post are the links you all can use to make an appointment at a Red Cross location in your community. The best part? You can share these links with your friends and family who are not at Inver Hills. This link can be used by anyone in any part of the United States so, feel free to email this link and/or share it on social media.

Each Red Cross blood drive and donation center follows the highest standards of safety and infection control, and additional precautions – including temperature checks, social distancing and face coverings for donors and staff – have been implemented to help protect the health of all those in attendance. Donors are asked to schedule an appointment prior to arriving at the drive and are required to wear a face covering or mask while at the drive, in alignment with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention public guidance.

Thanks in advance for your support of the Inver Hills Community College virtual blood drive!
